Introduce your child to the world of Basketball and Soccer with our NEW Youth
Sports Classes. The Little Hoopsters and Little Kickers are five week class
sessions that are designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball and soccer
through a variety of high energy drills and games. Instruction will encourage
age appropriate activities while focusing on socialization, teamwork, and gross
motor skills. The class is held in our YMCA gym facility so please wear
appropriate shoes.

 Summer Sports Camp
Let
the games begin! The YMCA is offering
a NEW SUMMER SPORTS CAMP. The camp is for kids between
the ages of 7 – 13 years old. Participants will be exposed to five days of fun,
social interaction, team work, and good sportsmanship will be stressed
everyday. Each day participants will learn the fundamentals of the sport of the
day, play games, and go swimming at the Grace Hiddleson Pool. Participants will
receive a Camp T-shirt and will get a pizza
party at the end of the
week.

Registration Begins 5/6/08 Fee: $100 Y Members $110 Non Y Members

Cheerleading
All-Stars
We are offering an
eight week cheerleading program designed to introduce basic cheer skills such as
dance, motion, chants, kicks, and jumps, as well as develop confidence,
self-esteem, social skills, and a sense of team spirit.
Boys and Girls, ages 5 & up
July 9th - August 27th, every Wednesday
